Frequently asked questions

ACCESS :

Is special public transport provided?

No, Château l'Hospitalet is not on a regular bus route. To get to the festival, you will have to use your own transport.

Is it possible to park for free near the festival?

Yes, there are free car parks around the Château l'Hospitalet.
When you arrive at the Château l'Hospitalet, follow the signs posted by the specially set up road signs and the Civil Protection staff to access these car parks.

Is the festival site accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, access for all to our spaces in optimal conditions is one of our priority objectives.
A drop-off point near the main entrance, adapted toilets and spaces in the concert hall are available for wheelchair users.

What are the opening hours of the festival?

The festival opens at 7.15 pm for those with a concert dinner ticket and 9.30 pm for those with a concert only ticket.

What objects are not allowed in concert halls?

It is forbidden to bring the following objects into the concert halls: bulky luggage or backpacks, glass bottles or objects, PET bottles, cans, thermos flasks, animals, cameras, audio recorders, umbrellas, seats of any kind, rollerblades, skateboards, pyrotechnic objects, weapons of any kind, throwing objects, tear gas, helmets, flagpoles, banners, placards, and in general any object that is dangerous or likely to be used as a projectile A compulsory check is carried out at the entrance to the concerts. If the owner of an unauthorised and/or dangerous object refuses to remove it, he/she will be refused access to the venue without reimbursement of the ticket.

Is it allowed to film or record concerts?

It is forbidden to capture and/or record the sounds and/or images of the concerts. This prohibition concerns both the live performances of the artists/groups and their broadcasts on secondary screens. Violation of this rule may result in the confiscation of equipment and immediate expulsion from the Festival without compensation.

TICKETS :

What happens if I lose my ticket?

In case of loss or damage of the ticket :

Before the Festival: your ticket will be sent to you by email after you have placed your order, so you can reprint it from this email.

On the festival site: if you lose your ticket, please contact the staff at the entrance of the festival who will advise you on the steps to take.

Is the confirmation email the same as a ticket?

No, the confirmation e-mail is not valid as a ticket. Only the ticket with the barcode is valid. However, it is possible to show the barcode on your smartphone or tablet.

In what cases is it possible to get a refund?

In the event of a change of programme, time or date, the Festival reserves the right to decide, depending on the circumstances, either to refund the tickets or packages up to the price mentioned on the ticket or package or to exchange them for tickets or packages for another evening.

Can I print my ticket on the festival website?

No, the tickets must be printed at home or, failing that, readable on a smartphone or tablet.

Is it possible to buy tickets on site?

No, it is not possible to buy tickets on the spot as there are no more tickets left on that date.

What happens if a concert is cancelled?

In the event of cancellation of the Festival or of an entire evening, tickets will be refunded up to the price indicated on the ticket, and/or an alternative of equivalent value will be offered.

Where is my seat in the concert hall and how do I get there?

If you have a ticket for the dinner concert, your seat will be given to you during the dinner.
If you have a ticket for the concert only, your seat will be given to you when you enter the concert hall.

COVID :

What health measures are taken to ensure the safety of festival-goers?

As for the 2020 edition, the health of the participants is our priority.

Masks must be worn in all indoor and outdoor areas. During dinner, guests are allowed to remove the mask when seated but must put it back on if they stand up.

Hydroalcoholic gel is available everywhere on the festival and our teams regularly disinfect the shared areas.

Will my tickets be refunded if the Festival is cancelled for health reasons?

In the event of cancellation of the Festival by the authorities for health reasons, tickets will be refunded.
For all other refund requests, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

DINNER :

How do I find my table?

When you arrive in the dining area, hostesses with maps are available to guide you to your table.

Are organic or vegetarian dishes offered?

Yes, each evening's menu is diverse and of high quality, allowing us to cater for the allergies or choices of each participant. When you buy your ticket, you can add a comment if you have any allergies or special needs. Before the dinner, you can also tell the staff about your needs.

What is the dinner programme?

Dinner is served from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. During these two hours the dishes are served on the table for our teams. Wines and waters are available at will. For all requests, please contact the waiter in charge of your table.

HEALTH AND EMERGENCIES :

Is there an on-site infirmary?

Civil security is present from the beginning to the end of the festival at the entrance. This area is intended to be a place of welcome and referral, reacting to minor worries as well as to possible emergencies.

Should I use ear plugs?

The Festival endeavours to comply with all applicable standards for hearing protection and it is not necessary to use ear plugs.

What to do when you lose an object?

Lost and found items can be taken to or collected from the Château l'Hospitalet reception during the Festival.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?

Bars accept payment by credit card.

Is it possible to change or withdraw money on site?

No, it is not possible to change or withdraw money on site.
